  • Trying out various gown silhouettes is crucial to finding the style that perfectly complements your body shape. While a gown might look appealing on a hanger or in photos, its true test comes when it's draped on you. By experimenting with silhouettes such as A-line, ballgown, fit-and-flare (also known as trumpet), mermaid, mini, and sheath, you can pinpoint the one that best highlights your figure. This exploration is a vital step before committing to a wedding gown purchase online. To aid in your decision-making process, each gown listed on our site includes a detailed silhouette description.

  • At Keo Bridal, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% at the time of your purchase. Alternatively, you may choose to make a full, non-refundable payment upfront. Failure to complete the payment within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of your order.

Please note that all items remain the exclusive property of Keo Bridal until full payment is received. Your order will only be shipped after we have received the balance in full, ensuring a smooth and secure transition to the final stages of preparing for your special day.

Size and fit.

  • Custom sizing is an ideal choice for brides seeking a fit more precise than our standard sizes, aiming to save on alteration costs, or for those who find themselves between sizes. We will tailor your gown specifically to your body shape, utilizing 12 detailed measurements. Please note that not all gowns are available in standard size. To learn more about how our sizing works visit us here.
Please note that, although custom sizing significantly improves the fit, it may not eliminate the need for alterations. This is because the construction is based on a few key measurements without your physical presence. Custom size gowns are non-returnable for any reason, including wedding cancellations or last-minute changes.

  • A standard-sized gown is crafted according to our standard size chart that’s custom to our brand, ranging from sizes 2 to 24. Standard size gowns are eligible for returns within 5 days of delivery. Returns incur a 35% restocking fee based on the original dress price (excluding shipping and tax).

Please note that not all gown styles are available in standard sizes. To learn more about how our sizing works, visit us here.

  • There's a $150 difference between standard and custom sizing.

  • Custom sizing involves drafting a unique pattern based on the bride's exact measurements. This process creates a template, serving as the blueprint for cutting the fabric.

  • To find your gown size, follow the steps using our sizing guide. We recommend ordering based on the size that aligns with most of your measurements or is most relevant to your largest measurement. Remember, it's easier to take in a gown than it is to let a gown out.

  • Yes, we’re here to assist you in finding the perfect gown size. Reach out to us via email, live chat, or schedule a virtual fitting appointment for personalized guidance. Feel free to contact us for assistance!

  • For most wedding gowns, some alterations are expected to achieve the perfect fit, regardless of whether you purchase a Standard size or a Custom size gown. We recommend sourcing an experienced tailor or alterations specialist privately to make these necessary adjustments. It's advisable to start your alterations as soon as your gown arrives to ensure ample time for any modifications needed.
