With a production time of 12 to 20 weeks, plus 2 to 7 business days for shipping, we recommend ordering your gown 10 to 12 months before your wedding to allow time for possible alterations and accessorizing.

Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll answer all your questions, confirm any customizations, and create a personalized invoice. This invoice will outline the total cost of your gown, along with a request for a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance will be due once your gown is complete and ready to ship. 


Custom Fit, Just for You.
Your wedding dress will be crafted to your exact measurements. After we receive your deposit, we’ll send you a measurements request form. Your measurements will need to be submitted within 7 days so we can begin creating your perfect fit.For more details on sizing, please visit our sizing information page.

We’ve received your measurements, and now the exciting part begins! Your dream dress is officially in the works. At Keo Bridal, we’re committed to using only the finest fabrics and appliqués to bring your vision to life. Depending on the intricacy of your design, production typically takes 12 to 20 weeks.


Your Dress is Ready for the Aisle!
Your wedding dress is complete! We’ll notify you via email and phone to share the exciting news. Once you receive the notification, the remaining balance will be due within 7 days. We can’t wait for you to see your finished gown!
