FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Everything you need to know before you start your journey wit Keo Bridal.

  • Keo Bridal is based in Maryland and designs for brides across the country and beyond. Our process is fully virtual and every step is personally guided by our designer and Bridal Concierge team, so you always have the right people in your corner. Once a year we host an exclusive in-person event where brides can explore our gowns and meet our designer in person.

  • Getting started is simple. Submit an inquiry through our website and our Bridal Concierge team will take it from there. Everything is personal, guided, and designer-led from start to finish, from customization options and sizing to timeline and next steps. Nothing moves forward until you feel completely confident and every question is answered.

For a deeper look at how everything unfolds, visit our process page.

  • Every gown is made to your exact measurements, not a standard size chart. Once your order is confirmed, our team will guide you through the measuring process and we recommend having your measurements taken by a professional seamstress or tailor. From there, your gown is crafted entirely around you from the very first seam.

The fit is considered from the very start. For more details visit our Sizing page.

  • Yes, and we love when brides make it their own. Most gowns offer customization options including train length, bodice adjustments, color changes, detachable elements, and combining details across Keo gown styles, with each gown page outlining what is available for that style. If you have something specific in mind, include it in your inquiry along with up to three reference images and our team will be in touch.

  • We recommend beginning your journey 10 to 12 months before your wedding date. Your gown is crafted over approximately 4 to 6 months depending on the style and customizations selected. Once complete, your gown is shipped directly to you. Complimentary shipping is included within the United States and international shipping is available.

  • Yes. We offer a complimentary Designer Chat for brides who want to explore styles, talk through timelines, or simply get a feel for the Keo Bridal experience. Virtual consultations are also available for brides ready to go deeper on a specific gown or customization. For brides who have placed an order, complimentary fitting support is available throughout production. To explore all available appointment options visit our appointments page.

  • Every Keo Bridal gown is made to order, designed specifically for you from the very first seam. Because each gown is crafted entirely to your measurements and specifications, all sales are final once production has begun. Our process is designed to ensure every bride feels completely informed and confident before anything moves forward. Full details are available in our Terms of Sale.
