Keo Bridal is an e-commerce bridal brand specializing in a seamless online shopping experience. Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store. However, our brides have successfully ordered their dream gowns from us without the need for a showroom visit. We have streamlined the ordering process to ensure that you can purchase your perfect Keo gown online, completely stress-free.
All our gowns at Keo Bridal are made-to-order and typically take 12 - 20 weeks to craft.
At this time, we do not create fully custom gowns at Keo Bridal. However, we offer a range of customizations for the gowns featured on our website. You can explore the available customization options for each gown by visiting the “Customizations Offered” tab on each gown’s page. If you don’t see a customization option you love, feel free to email us with your ideas. Please note that some customizations may incur an additional fee.

Once your gown is complete, shipping times will depend on your location. Generally, we estimate the following delivery schedules:

Due to the custom nature of our gowns, which are crafted to your exact measurements and tailored to your personal preferences, each piece is truly unique to you. Consequently, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer exchanges, refunds, or transfer of deposits. We strongly encourage you to carefully review your selected style, customizations, and measurements to ensure your gown is perfect for you.
At Keo Bridal, all our gowns are made to order. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate exchanges.
If you need to cancel your order with Keo Bridal, you may do so within 48 hours of payment to receive a full refund. After this 48-hour window, cancellations are not possible as your order will have entered the production process. To initiate a cancellation, please email us at sales@keobridal.com, including your order details and contact information to ensure swift processing of your request.

Size & Fit.
At Keo Bridal, we believe that every bride should feel beautiful and confident on her wedding day. That's why we craft all of our gowns to fit your body using 12 detailed measurements. By doing so, we ensure a closer fit than a standard size gown, with the aim of making your gown as perfect as possible.

Accurate measurements are crucial for the perfect fit. You have a 24-hour window from the time your order is placed to make any changes to your measurements. After this period, we cannot accommodate adjustments as production will have commenced. We recommend thoroughly checking your measurements before submission to ensure everything is correct.

If you plan to lose weight before your wedding, we recommend ordering your gown based on your current measurements. We suggest consulting with a skilled tailor to determine the best time for alterations based on your goals and timeline.
While we aim to make your dress as close to perfection as possible, alterations may still be needed. Our brides seldom require alterations, and if they do, they are usually minor. An experienced tailor or alterations specialist can easily make the necessary adjustments to achieve the perfect fit. We recommend starting your alterations as soon as your dress arrives. Keo Bridal is not responsible for any alterations, tweaks, or bustles, and will not cover the cost of such services.
