FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Keo Bridal is based in Maryland. We work primarily through inquiry and personalized virtual consultations rather than a traditional storefront, which means we design for brides everywhere. Twice a year we host exclusive in-person experiences where brides get to see a selection of gowns up close, connect with the team, and step into the Keo Bridal world in person. Details always go to our email list first.
Personal, guided, and designer-led from start to finish. Most brides begin by falling in love with a gown, then reaching out to explore what is possible from there. Once you inquire, we walk you through everything: customization options, sizing, timeline, and next steps. Nothing moves forward until you feel completely confident. You are never handed off to a system or left to figure it out alone.
Our Process page shares a deeper look at how everything unfolds.
We recommend starting 10 to 12 months before your wedding date so everything has room to unfold comfortably. Your gown is created over approximately 4 to 6 months depending on the style and customizations. Once it is ready, your gown is carefully packaged and shipped to you. Complimentary shipping is included within the United States. International shipping is available at an additional cost.
Every gown is made to your measurements, not a standard size chart. Once your order is confirmed, our team sends a digital measuring guide that walks you through the process with confidence. We review everything before production begins so nothing feels rushed. Gowns made to your measurements simply fit better from the start. Any alterations needed are usually minor finishing touches rather than significant changes. For more detail visit our Sizing page.

Yes. Most gowns offer customization options including train length, bodice adjustments, color changes, detachable elements, and combining details across Keo designs. Each gown page outlines what is available for that style. Some customizations carry an additional fee based on complexity and materials. If you have something specific in mind that is not listed, include it in your inquiry and we will let you know what is possible. You are welcome to upload up to three reference images with your inquiry.
Yes. We offer a complimentary Designer Chat for brides who want to explore styles, talk through timelines, or get a feel for whether Keo Bridal is the right fit. Virtual consultations are also available for brides ready to go deeper on a specific gown or customization. For brides who have placed an order, complimentary fitting support is available throughout production. We also host The Keo Experience, our in-person event for brides in Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia. Visit our Appointments page to explore options.
