What's a custom size gown?
Custom sizing provides brides with a perfect fit at no additional cost. It's an ideal option for minimizing alteration expenses or if you find yourself between standard sizes. We'll craft your gown to your body using 12 detailed measurements, ensuring a  personalized fit. What's a standard size gown?

If you are planning to lose weight before your wedding, Keo Bridal encourages you to order based on your current measurements. We provide size recommendations to ensure confidence in the size you choose. However, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any weight fluctuations, including those due to pregnancy, which may impact the fit of your dress. We recommend discussing your plans with a skilled tailor who can advise on the best time for alterations, considering your timeline and goals.

When should I order my gown?
We recommend placing your order for a Keo Bridal gown at least 8 to 10 months before your wedding date. For detailed information on how to place your order, please visit our ordering page. This page provides step-by-step guidance to ensure a smooth and straightforward ordering process.
 
 
How long will it take for my gown to be made?
All Keo Bridal wedding gowns are made-to-order, with production times typically ranging between 4 to 6 months. You can find specific production times listed on each gown's respective page on our website. It's important to note that the lead times for both standard and custom sizing are the same, ensuring that every gown receives the attention it deserves to meet our high-quality standards.

 
What if I ordered the wrong size or input and correct measurements?
It’s important for brides to ensure their measurements are accurate and to select the most suitable size. Please be aware that you have a 48-hour window from the time your order is placed to make any changes to your selected size. After this period, we are unable to accommodate size modifications due to the commencement of the production process. We highly recommend double-checking your measurements and consulting our sizing guide or a professional if you are uncertain.
 
 
What if I need to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order with Keo Bridal, please note that you have up to 48 hours from the time of payment to do so and receive a full refund. After this 48-hour period, orders cannot be canceled as they enter the production process. To initiate a cancellation, please send an email to sales@keobridal.com. Make sure to include your order details and contact information to facilitate a swift processing of your request.

What are the shipping fees?

We provide complimentary shipping for all brides within the United States. This is part of our commitment to offering an exceptional service experience at Keo Bridal. For international orders, please contact us directly for shipping rates and information.

 

 

How long will shipping take after gown production?

Once your gown is complete, shipping times will depend on your location. Generally, we estimate the following delivery schedules:

 

  • USA: 2 to 7 business days

  • International: 10 to 22 business days

While we strive to meet these estimated shipping times, please be aware that we cannot guarantee them due to variables that may affect deliveries. Therefore, we strongly recommend ordering your gown well in advance of your wedding day to ensure that you receive it on time and have sufficient opportunity for any necessary alterations.

 

 

How does shipping work for international brides?

For international shipping, the fees will vary based on your geographical location and the total weight of your package. To ensure transparency and convenience, we will send you a separate invoice detailing your shipping fees once your order is ready to ship. Generally, shipping costs range between $100 and $400 USD.

 

Please note that customers are also responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Keo Bridal is not responsible for delays due to customs. Global duties and taxes are typically charged by the destination country to the recipient of the order. Can a custom size wedding gown be returned?
We do not accept returns for custom size wedding gowns at Keo Bridal. Since these gowns are specifically produced to your individual measurements and preferences upon ordering, our policy strictly prohibits returns or exchanges of any kind. Can a standard size wedding gown be returned?

Yes, you can return a standard size gown from Keo Bridal within a 72-hour window from the delivery date. However, please be aware that all returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee, which is calculated based on the original price of the dress (excluding shipping and tax). This fee will be automatically deducted from your refund amount. For additional information and to ensure a smooth return process, please visit our return policy.

 

 

What's your gown exchange policy?

Since all our gowns at Keo Bridal are made to order, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate exchanges. Each gown is crafted specifically for the customer upon ordering, making exchanges unfeasible. We encourage you to carefully review your order and sizing before finalizing to ensure your satisfaction.

Keo Bridal is an e-commerce bridal brand specializing in a seamless online shopping experience. Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store. However, our brides have successfully ordered their dream gowns from us without the need for a showroom visit. We have streamlined the ordering process to ensure that you can purchase your perfect Keo gown online, completely stress-free.
 
 
Do you send gowns to brides to try on?
Since all our gowns are made-to-order, unfortunately we are unable to send them for try-on purposes.

How do I choose the right gown silhouette for my body?
Trying out various gown silhouettes is crucial to finding the style that perfectly complements your body shape. While a gown might look appealing on a hanger or in photos, its true test comes when it's draped on you. By experimenting with silhouettes such as A-line, ballgown, fit-and-flare (also known as trumpet), mermaid, mini, and sheath, you can pinpoint the one that best highlights your figure. This exploration is a vital step before committing to a wedding gown purchase online. What are your payment options?
At Keo Bridal, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% at the time of your purchase. Alternatively, you may choose to make a full, non-refundable payment upfront. Once your gown is ready, we will notify you via email, at which point the remaining balance (if any) will be due within 5 days. Failure to complete the payment within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of your order.
 
Please note that all items remain the exclusive property of Keo Bridal until full payment is received. Your order will only be shipped after we have received the balance in full, ensuring a smooth and secure transition to the final stages of preparing for your special day.
 
 
What's included with my gown order?
Your wedding gown purchase comes with complimentary shipping for brides within the United States. Additionally, we provide a branded wedding gown bag, hanger, and a packet filled with goodies for the bride-to-be.
 
 
Can I purchase a Keo Bridal gown somewhere else?
Our gowns are exclusively available for purchase through our website and authorized retailers.
