FAQS
Keo Bridal is based in Essex, Maryland, where each gown is thoughtfully designed with a modern, statement-making aesthetic. While we don’t have a storefront, our gowns are available by inquiry and through our in-person events.
We occasionally host exclusive try-on experiences for brides to see the gowns up close. If you're interested in viewing a specific gown or receiving personalized guidance, we recommend emailing us, booking a virtual consultation or joining our email list to stay informed about upcoming opportunities.
At Keo Bridal, every gown is made to order, designed to your measurements, and brought to life with intention. From first inquiry to final delivery, we offer expert support through our bridal concierge service to make sure your gown feels as personal as the moment it’s made for.
We recommend placing your gown order 10–12 months before your wedding date to allow time for production, delivery, and any final alterations or finishing touches.
To begin, submit an inquiry form for your chosen gown or email us at info@keobridal.com. Once details are finalized, a deposit is required to start production.
Instead of standard sizing, we craft each gown based on the measurements you provide. Once your order is placed, we’ll guide you through the measuring process to ensure accuracy.

While minor alterations may still be needed, this process helps ensure your gown arrives feeling uniquely yours.
