returnS & TERMS
A 50% deposit is required to begin your order. Once your deposit or full payment is received and your measurements are submitted, your gown enters production and fabric sourcing begins.
Because each gown is made to order, all payments are non-refundable once production has begun. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. After this window, cancellations are not available.
Each gown is created using the measurements you provide as a complimentary part of the experience. This allows us to create your gown according to your proportions from the start. While this approach supports a closer initial fit, additional alterations may still be needed once your gown arrives. Any final tailoring is the responsibility of the bride. Keo Bridal is not responsible for inaccuracies in measurements submitted or for changes in measurements after the order is placed.
If a wedding or event is canceled after an order has been placed, the remaining balance remains due and any prior payments are forfeited.
All gowns remain the property of Keo Bridal until paid for in full.
Full details are outlined on your invoice and order confirmation.
