return policy
Due to the custom nature of our gowns, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are permitted, as each gown is made to order based on your provided measurements and tailored preferences
terms of sale
All payments are non-refundable. Each gown is made to order, and fabric sourcing begins after measurements are received and a deposit or full payment is made. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are not permitted as the order will have entered the production process.
Each gown is made to the bride’s provided measurements as a complimentary service; however, additional alterations may be necessary to achieve the desired fit. Alterations are the responsibility of the bride. Keo Bridal is not responsible for inaccuracies in measurements provided or for changes in measurements after the order has been placed.
Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. If a wedding or event is canceled after the gown has been ordered, the customer is responsible for paying the remaining balance or forfeiting any deposits or payments previously made.
For installment payments, late fees will apply if payments are not received within 3 days of the due date. Additionally, rush fees may be incurred if payments are delayed and the production timeline is affected.
Further details about our terms of sale will be outlined on your payment invoice.
