return policy

All sales are final. Because each gown is made to order based on your measurements and design selections, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. This also applies to sample gowns and gowns purchased through our Archive Sale, which are sold as-is.

If you have questions about fit, sizing, or your order, our team is always happy to help before you make your purchase. You can email us at info@keobridal.com.

Shipping

Shipping is complimentary for brides within the United States. For international orders, shipping fees apply and will be calculated at checkout or invoiced separately. Keo Bridal is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or delays related to international shipments.

terms of sale

A 50% deposit is required to begin your order. Because each gown is made to order, fabric sourcing and production begin shortly after your deposit or full payment is received and your measurements are submitted.

All payments are non-refundable. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are not permitted, as your gown will have entered the production process.

As a complimentary service, each gown is made according to the bride’s provided measurements. However, additional alterations may still be required for the desired fit. Alterations are the responsibility of the bride. Keo Bridal is not liable for inaccurate measurements submitted or for changes in measurements after the order is placed.

If a wedding or event is canceled after an order has been placed, the remaining balance is still owed or any prior payments will be forfeited. Cancellations beyond the initial 24-hour window will result in loss of the deposit.

All gowns remain the property of Keo Bridal until paid for in full.

Further details will be outlined on your payment invoice.
