We may contact you via phone, email, or the mailing address provided with your order. It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your contact information.
1. Order Confirmation
Your order is confirmed and binding upon receipt of your 50% deposit. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to all terms set forth in this document. Production will not begin until the deposit has cleared and all required information, including measurements and customization selections, has been received.
All gowns are made to your exact measurements and shipped directly to you. Domestic shipping is included.
2. Payment & Production
Each Keo Bridal gown is made to order and requires approximately 4 to 6 months for production. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate production. Please note that applicable sales tax will be added to your order invoice.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon receipt of your balance invoice. If the balance is not received within 7 business days of invoicing, we will make every effort to contact you. If no communication is received within 14 business days, the gown becomes the property of Keo Bridal and all payments made are forfeited.
3. Rush & Express Orders
An express fee applies to any order where the wedding or event date falls within 4 months of the order confirmation date. The express fee varies based on design complexity and production requirements and will be outlined in your order invoice and confirmed prior to production.
Express fees may also apply if client-caused delays, including late payments, late measurement submissions, or failure to confirm required details, push the order into the express period after the deposit has been paid. In such cases, production will be paused until the express fee is paid in full and any resulting delays are the sole responsibility of the client.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their order within 24 hours of paying the deposit for a full refund. After this window, cancellations are not permitted for any reason, including but not limited to changes of mind, wedding cancellations, pregnancy, or changes in body size.
To request a cancellation within the 24-hour window, please email brides@keobridal.com with your name and order details.
If Keo Bridal must cancel your order due to non-payment, failure to submit measurements, or unresponsiveness, all payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Any deposit, installment, or balance paid toward an order is non-refundable and non-transferable at any stage of production.
5. Postponements
If your wedding or event date changes, please notify us in writing at brides@keobridal.com as soon as possible. Keo Bridal may accommodate a revised completion date of up to 12 months from your original order confirmation date. After 12 months, the order will be deemed complete and closed regardless of your new event date and no further extensions will be granted.
Any work required after the closure of the original order will constitute a new order subject to current pricing and a new deposit. All payments made toward the original order remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
6. Unresponsiveness
If a client becomes unresponsive for 21 consecutive days and this prevents Keo Bridal from progressing the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order. All payments made, including the deposit, are non-refundable and non-transferable in this circumstance.
7. Sizing & Measurements
Measurements must be taken by a professional seamstress and submitted using the Keo Bridal Custom Measuring Guide provided after your deposit is placed. The completed and signed guide must be returned to brides@keobridal.com within 7 days of paying your deposit. By signing the guide, you confirm the accuracy of all measurements provided. Failure to submit within this timeframe may delay your production start date.
Keo Bridal is not liable for inaccuracies in measurements provided by the client. If a new gown is required due to incorrect measurements, the client is responsible for purchasing a replacement at full price.
If your measurements change after submission, Keo Bridal is not responsible for any alterations or adjustments required. If a gown must be remade due to weight change, pregnancy, or other changes in body size, a new gown must be purchased at full price.
8. Customizations
All customization selections must be confirmed prior to the start of production. Once production begins, no changes can be made to your order, including style, color, silhouette, or any other customization details. Keo Bridal is not responsible for dissatisfaction with the final product resulting from the client's chosen customizations.
9. Alterations
Alterations are not included in the cost of the gown and Keo Bridal does not offer alteration services. We recommend working with a professional tailor for any post-delivery adjustments. Keo Bridal is not liable for any damage or errors caused by third-party alteration services.
10. Production Updates
Keo Bridal does not provide progress photos during production. Our focus is on delivering the highest level of craftsmanship. Your gown will ship as soon as production is complete.
11. Fabric & Production Variations
All Keo Bridal gowns are handmade. Due to the nature of handcrafted garments, slight variations in color, fabric texture, and appliqué placement may occur. These variations are not considered defects and are a natural characteristic of the handmade process.
12. Returns, Exchanges & Quality Guarantee
Because each gown is made to order, all sales are final. Gowns cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. If you believe there is a quality issue with your order, you must contact Keo Bridal at brides@keobridal.com within 5 days of delivery. Concerns raised outside of this window will not be considered.
Keo Bridal stands behind the quality of our work. If your gown contains a verified manufacturing defect or materially differs from the style, color, or customizations confirmed in your order, we will repair, replace, or issue a refund at our sole discretion.
The following do not constitute a defect and are not eligible for remedy: dissatisfaction based on personal preference or the appearance of the gown on your person; fit issues resulting from changes in your body after measurements were submitted; dissatisfaction with customizations you selected; or any concerns raised outside the 5-day notification window. Keo Bridal's determination of whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect is final.
Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
13. Shipping & Delivery
Domestic shipping within the United States is included in the cost of your gown. International shipping is charged separately and quoted based on your delivery location.
Gowns are shipped to the address provided at the time of order. Any changes to the delivery address must be communicated prior to shipment. A signature is required upon delivery. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the client, the client is responsible for all reshipping costs.
14. Force Majeure
Keo Bridal is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, labor strikes, supplier disruptions, global pandemics, or health emergencies.
15. Limitation of Liability
Keo Bridal is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, emotional distress, or wedding delays. We are not liable for any third-party alteration costs or modifications made to the gown after delivery. In no event shall Keo Bridal's total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for their gown.
16. Media & Image Consent
Keo Bridal will only use client images, including wedding photographs or fitting images shared by the client, on social media, our website, or in marketing materials where explicit written consent has been provided. Image consent is entirely optional and is not a condition of purchase.
17. Agreement
By paying your deposit and accepting your proposal, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Sale in full.
