THE PROCESS
Keo Bridal offers a designer led approach to the wedding dress experience, created to feel personal wherever you are. We believe a gown made just for you should actually start with you, not a size chart, not an approximation of your body, but your real proportions from the very first step. That belief guides every part of the process below.
01. BEGIN WITH THE GOWN
The process begins with your inquiry. Select the gowns you're considering, your wedding date, and any customizations you may have in mind. From there, our Bridal Concierge team will review your inquiry and guide you through the next step.
02. MEET THE DESIGNER
Following your inquiry, you're invited to schedule a private conversation with Keo, designer and founder of Keo Bridal. This is an opportunity to discuss the gowns you're considering, explore customization, and ask questions about silhouette, color, or fit. The conversation is entirely optional and intended for brides who would like a more personal connection to the design process.
03. YOUR PROPOSAL
Once your gown and details are finalized, you will receive a personalized proposal outlining your selections, customizations, and total investment. Upon acceptance, a 50% deposit secures your place in production, followed by your Keo Bridal welcome and next steps for submitting your measurements.
04. MADE TO YOUR MEASUREMENTS
Rather than beginning with a standard size, your gown is made to order using your measurements. You'll receive our measuring guide, along with support from our Bridal Concierge team if needed, to help ensure each measurement is captured with care before production begins.
Two brides can technically wear the same size and still have completely different proportions. Your bust, waist, hips, height, and the way your gown needs to fall on your body simply cannot be captured by a single number. So instead of correcting for that later, we account for it from the beginning, giving your fit a far more personal starting point.
Any fit adjustments closer to your wedding day are arranged locally with a tailor of your choosing.
05. THE CREATION OF YOUR GOWN
Over approximately 4 to 6 months, your gown takes shape through structure, fabric, construction, and finishing. This is where the design moves from concept into something entirely your own.
06. COMPLETION & DELIVERY
Once your gown is complete, you'll receive a completion notice from our team. The remaining 50% balance is due at that time, prior to shipment.Your gown is then carefully prepared for delivery and sent directly to you.
Brides local to the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia area receive their gown by hand delivery, personally brought to you by our team.
Keo Bridal gowns are created for brides across the United States and internationally, allowing the experience to remain personal wherever you are.
This is the kind of bridal experience we set out to create, one built around you from the very first step.
