Your bridal journey with us is a collaborative, designer-led experience. We work with brides from all over, creating each gown through a personal, one-on-one experience.
Choosing a wedding gown is personal. It carries meaning, emotion, and expectation. That is why every Keo gown is made to your measurements and shaped around your body, your style, and your day.
To begin, you submit an inquiry on the gown you are drawn to. From there, our Bridal Concierge team and designer, Keo, guide you through the details, confirm your selections, and review customization options.
Along the way, you may choose to connect with us through a Designer Chat or other appointments to talk through your vision and preferences, or you can keep things simple and move forward directly.
Once your gown and details are confirmed, you reserve your place in production with a 50% deposit and provide your measurements with guidance from our team. Your gown is then created based on your selections and measurements.
While we are making your gown, we stay closely connected with you so you can focus on planning the rest of your wedding.
