Inside The Experience
An intimate, in-person appointment where you'll explore the full Keo Bridal collection, including exclusive styles not available online and a new collection debuting at the event. Guided by your personal bridal stylist, you'll try on up to five gowns, explore customization options, and work one-on-one with the designer to discover a gown that feels unmistakably yours. Your final gown will be made to your exact measurements for a truly personalized fit. Your reservation fee will be credited toward your gown purchase. WHAT'S INCLUDED - Private dressing area - Dedicated bridal stylist - Direct access to the designer - Curated bride-to-be gift bag - Complimentary veil and $200 toward your gown - Complimentary champagne for you and your guests GUESTS You are welcome to bring up to 4 guests. Due to the intimate nature of the experience, we are unable to accommodate additional attendees. GOWN SIZING Our try-on gowns range from sizes 4 to 20, with each style available in one sample size. If a specific gown isn’t available in your size, your bridal stylist will guide you through similar silhouettes and design details so you can still experience how the gown will look and feel. CUSTOMIZATIONS Customization starts with one of our existing designs as your foundation. From there you can adjust necklines, train lengths, colors, structure and more to create something that feels entirely yours. ARCHIVE STYLES A limited selection of archive styles from past collections are available for same-day purchase at a reduced price. If you fall in love with an archive piece it goes home with you that day. LOCATION Hotel AKA Alexandria 625 First Street Alexandria, VA 22314 PARKING Convenient parking options are available, including free street parking and nearby garages. The hotel also offers valet parking for $18.
Appointment Terms & Conditions
YOUR APPOINTMENT Your 90-minute appointment includes a private changing area and dedicated stylist. You may be joined by one other bride, each receiving our full and undivided attention. RESERVATION FEE Your $50 reservation fee is applied toward your gown when you place your order at the event. Please note that all reservation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. ARRIVAL We ask that you arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Appointments forfeited due to late arrival or no-show are non-refundable. YOUR GUESTS You are welcome to bring up to four guests. All guests must be 16 or older. Complimentary champagne is available to guests 21 and older. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. ORDERING Every gown order placed at the event or within 72 hours includes a complimentary veil and $200 toward your gown. A 50% deposit is required to begin your order. Some customizations may be subject to additional costs. Sales tax will be added to your invoice. Your completed gown ships directly to you at no additional cost. The complimentary veil and $200 credit apply to new made-to-order gown purchases only and are not valid on archive styles. ARCHIVE STYLES Select archive gowns are available for same-day purchase at a reduced price and must be paid in full and taken the same day. All archive sales are final. Event-exclusive offerings apply to new made-to-order gowns only and are not available on archive style purchases. MEDIA You will have the option to opt in to being filmed or photographed for Keo Bridal promotional use at the time of booking. Your gown selection remains private regardless of your preference.
