Appointment Description
An intimate appointment where you explore our full collections, including exclusive styles you won't find on our site. Try on up to 5 gowns, customize your chosen style, and begin building a gown that reflects exactly who you are. Your final gown will be made to your measurements for a personalized fit. WHAT'S INCLUDED: - Private dressing area - Dedicated bridal consultant - Complimentary champagne for bride and guests - Celebrate your "yes" moment with your guests and our team - Bride + 4 guests maximum PRICING Made-to-order gowns typically range from $2,000 to $6,000. Exclusive event pricing available only at this event. 50% deposit required to begin your order. CUSTOMIZATIONS At The Keo Experience, customization starts with one of our existing designs as your foundation. From there you can swap elements, adjust details, and make it your own by changing necklines, train lengths, colors, structure, and more. The result is a gown that feels entirely yours, built on a design we know works beautifully. GOWN SIZING With over 40 styles available to try, our try-on gowns range from sizes 6 to 20. Each style is available in one size, so if the gown you love isn't available in your size, we'll guide you to similar styles to experience the fit and feel of the design. For brides outside this range, every Keo gown is still fully made to your exact measurements. We'll use fabric swatches, design details, and our full collection to help you build and visualize your gown. ARCHIVE STYLES A limited selection of archive styles from past collections and select unreleased designs are available for purchase at a reduced price. If you fall in love with an archive piece, you can take it home the same day. Archive gowns must be paid in full and taken the same day. Current collection styles are not available for same-day purchase. LOCATION Hotel AKA Alexandria 625 First Street Alexandria, VA 22314 PARKING Convenient parking options are available, including free street parking and nearby garages. The hotel also offers valet parking for $18.
Appointment Terms & Conditions
APPOINTMENT FEE Your $50 appointment fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, and appointments where no purchase is made. Your fee is applied toward your gown if an order is placed at the event. LATE ARRIVALS We allow a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late or do not attend, your appointment will be forfeited and the fee will not be refunded. GUEST POLICY You may bring up to 4 guests. We are unable to accommodate additional attendees due to the intimate nature of the experience. Guests must be 16 or older to attend. Complimentary champagne is available to guests 21 and older only. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. YOUR APPOINTMENT Each appointment is 90 minutes. You will have your own dedicated changing area and stylist. The Keo Experience is an intimate group setting where you may be joined by one other bride, each receiving our full, undivided attention. EVENT PRICING & ORDERING Gowns range from $2,000 to $6,000. Exclusive event pricing is available only at The Keo Experience and cannot be applied after the event. Orders must be confirmed and a 50% non-refundable deposit paid on the day of your appointment to secure event pricing. Sales tax will be added to your invoice. Once your deposit is placed, your order enters production. Your completed gown will be shipped directly to you at no additional cost. EXPRESS ORDERS An express fee applies to brides whose wedding falls within 4 months of placing their order. The fee varies based on design complexity and will be confirmed with you before production begins. ARCHIVE STYLES Select archive gowns are available for same-day purchase at a reduced price. Archive gowns must be paid in full and taken the same day. All archive sales are final. MEDIA When booking, you will have the option to opt in to being filmed or photographed for Keo Bridal promotional use. If you did not opt in, you will not be included in any published content.
