Appointment Description
Hosted in a private hotel suite, this two-hour experience offers a calm, intentional space to explore your selected gowns, discuss customization options, and bring your vision to life with our designer. Available to brides in the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia area, as well as those visiting or traveling to the region. This is our elevated in-person experience designed for brides who want a dedicated, boutique-style setting without the traditional bridal shop atmosphere. We curate and bring 5 to 7 gowns based on your selections and guide you through a private, luxurious try-on in a beautifully appointed suite. You'll have time to explore styles, ask questions, talk through every detail, and experience Keo Bridal in a way that feels refined and unhurried. Champagne and a curated gift bag included. This appointment is designed to feel intentional, intimate, and completely focused on you. LOCATION Appointments take place in a reserved hotel suite within the DC, Maryland, or Northern Virginia area. The specific hotel and suite details will be confirmed via email 7 days prior to your appointment and will be selected based on availability and proximity to your location. HOW TO PREPARE After booking, you'll submit up to 7 gown selections so we can thoughtfully plan your try-on. If you'd like to confirm sample availability ahead of time, you're welcome to email us at info@keobridal.com prior to your appointment. This optional step can be helpful if you have specific sizing questions or want added clarity before your visit. We recommend wearing undergarments or shapewear similar to what you plan to wear on your wedding day to get the most accurate feel. To keep the experience focused and intimate, we suggest limiting guests to no more than four. IMPORTANT DETAILS Bridal suite appointments are designed to showcase the gown's design, structure, and details in a dedicated setting. While we do our best to bring styles aligned with your vision, we do not carry multiple sizes of each gown. Sample sizing typically ranges between approximately size 8 to 14. This experience is intended to help you connect with the gown, explore customization options, and confidently envision your final made-to-order piece, which will be created to your measurements. The $500 appointment fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. $250 will be applied to the cost of your gown if a purchase is made within 7 days of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
The Bridal Suite Appointment is a premium, on-location service that requires advance preparation, hotel suite reservation, travel, and time dedicated exclusively to you. The $500 appointment fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, notice must be provided at least 14 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 14 days notice are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling due to hotel booking commitments and sample coordination. The hotel suite location will be confirmed via email 7 days prior to your appointment. Please arrive at the designated time. Early or late arrivals cannot be accommodated due to suite booking constraints. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened appointment time to respect scheduling commitments. To keep the experience focused and intimate, we kindly ask that guest attendance be limited to no more than 4 people. Gown samples are valuable inventory. Any damage to gowns during your appointment may result in repair or replacement fees. Keo Bridal reserves the right to end the appointment immediately if conditions compromise the safety or comfort of our team, the integrity of the gowns, or the overall experience. In such cases, the appointment fee will not be refunded. By booking this service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
