The Keo Experience | In-Person Try-On
We’re bringing the gowns to you.
Appointment Description
This is our signature in-person experience, created for brides located in the DC, Maryland, or Northern Virginia area or visiting nearby. We’ll bring 3 to 5 gowns based on your selections, along with measuring tools and a bottle of bubbly to set the mood. You’ll try on your favorite styles, ask questions, and explore your options with our designer there to guide you every step of the way. It’s personal, stylish, and made to feel like your moment. How to Prepare After booking, you’ll submit your top 3 to 5 gown picks so we can plan your try-on. You’ll also need to provide an address with a clean, well-lit area that has enough space for gown changes, movement, and full-length views. A mirror is helpful but not required. We suggest wearing undergarments or shapewear similar to what you plan to wear on your big day to get the most accurate feel. While this is your time to celebrate and explore, we recommend keeping your guest count to no more than four to maintain a focused and relaxed experience. Your fee will be applied to the cost of your gown if purchased within 7 days of your appointment. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation Policy
The Keo Experience is a personalized, on-location service that requires travel, preparation, and time dedicated exclusively to you. The $175 fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you need to cancel, you must do so at least 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. The appointment must take place at the address you provide during booking. This location should include a clean, well-lit space with enough room for gown changes, movement, and full-length viewing. While a mirror is helpful, it is not required. For the best possible experience, we kindly ask that you limit your guest count to no more than four. We ask that all appointments take place in a safe, respectful environment. Keo Bridal reserves the right to end the appointment at any time if the space or conditions compromise the safety or comfort of our team or the integrity of the gowns. By booking this appointment, you agree to the above terms. We’re so excited to bring the Keo experience to you.
