Appointment Description

This is our signature in-person experience for brides located in the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia area. We curate and bring 3 to 5 gowns based on your selections and guide you through a private, relaxed try-on in the comfort of your own space. You'll have time to explore styles, ask questions, talk through customizations, and experience Keo Bridal in a way that feels personal and unrushed. Champagne included. This appointment is designed to feel intentional, elevated, and fully centered around you. HOW TO PREPARE After booking, you'll submit your top 3 to 5 gown selections so we can thoughtfully plan your try-on. If you'd like to confirm sample availability ahead of time, you're welcome to email us at info@keobridal.com prior to your appointment. This optional step can be helpful if you have specific sizing questions or want added clarity before your visit. Please provide an address with a clean, well-lit area that allows for movement, gown changes, and full-length views. A mirror is helpful but not required. We recommend wearing undergarments or shapewear similar to what you plan to wear on your wedding day to get the most accurate feel. To keep the experience focused and relaxed, we suggest limiting guests to no more than four. IMPORTANT DETAILS At-home appointments are designed to showcase the gown's design, structure, and details in person. While we do our best to bring styles aligned with your vision, we do not carry multiple sizes of each gown. Sample sizing typically ranges between approximately size 8 to 14. This experience is intended to help you connect with the gown, explore customization options, and confidently envision your final made-to-order piece, which will be created to your measurements. The $200 appointment fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The full $200 will be applied to the cost of your gown if a purchase is made within 7 days of your appointment.


Cancellation Policy

Private At-Home Bridal Styling is a personalized, on-location service that requires advance preparation, travel, and time dedicated exclusively to you. The $200 appointment fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, notice must be provided at least 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 7 days notice are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Appointments must take place at the address provided during booking. The space should include a clean, well-lit area with enough room for gown changes, movement, and full-length viewing. While a mirror is helpful, it is not required. To maintain a focused and relaxed experience, we kindly ask that guest attendance be limited to no more than four people. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened appointment time to respect scheduling commitments. Gown samples are valuable inventory. Any damage to gowns during your appointment may result in repair or replacement fees. Keo Bridal reserves the right to end the appointment immediately if conditions compromise the safety or comfort of our team, the integrity of the gowns, or the overall experience. In such cases, the appointment fee will not be refunded. By booking this service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
