What to Expect This one-hour session is a collaborative experience with our designer, focused on your top three gown picks. We’ll talk through customization options, view detailed visuals, and refine your vision together so your gown reflects everything you want it to. How to Prepare Before your consultation, choose up to three gowns you’d love to explore. Think about your wedding style, venue, and any custom touches you might be dreaming of. Bring your questions this is your time to get clarity, ideas, and support from someone who gets it.
Cancellation Policy
Your virtual bridal appointment is a dedicated one-on-one experience reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you do so at least 72 hours in advance. The consultation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be marked as a no-show and will not be rescheduled. The Zoom link may be shared with one additional guest if you'd like someone to join you during the call. By booking this appointment, you agree to these terms.
