Cancellation timeline.
Customers may cancel their order within 48 hours from the time of payment to receive a full refund. After this period, orders cannot be canceled for any reason. To initiate a cancellation, please send an email to sales@keobridal.com.


Our right to cancel.
Keo Bridal reserves the right to cancel an order under exceptional circumstances where delivery within the agreed period or meeting required characteristics and quality is not feasible. In such cases, customers will be notified via email, and a full refund will be promptly issued.

Customers may not claim any damages or costs, and Keo Bridal will not be liable for any damages or costs arising from the decision to cancel the order.
