Custom size gown return policy.

At Keo Bridal, we strive to ensure your experience is nothing short of delightful. Please be informed that custom size and custom style gowns are non-returnable and non-refundable for any reason. We understand that selecting custom sizing is a significant decision. Your wedding gown is a symbol of your unique style and personality, and achieving the perfect fit is paramount. We encourage you to take the necessary time to review your measurements thoroughly. This ensures that your gown will be tailored precisely to your measurements.


Additional help.
If you encounter any concerns related to defects or construction issues, please report them within 72 hours of receiving your order. We strongly encourage you to try on and thoroughly inspect your purchases immediately upon delivery. This proactive approach ensures that we can address any concerns promptly and effectively. Standard size gown return policy.

At Keo Bridal, we strive to ensure your experience is nothing short of delightful. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we're here to make the process as smooth as possible. We highly recommend trying on your gown as soon as you receive it, without wearing makeup, perfume, oils, lotions, or fake tan. Please do so on a clean surface or a clean carpeted floor to avoid any potential damage. Please take a moment to review our return policy for standard size wedding gowns:


Conditions for return.
To initiate a return, you have a 72-hour window from the delivery date. The gown must be in pristine condition, free from any signs of wear, including but not limited to makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, lint, and hair. Additionally, the return should include the original packaging, and all original tags must remain attached to the gown. Please note that gowns with detached or missing tags will not be eligible for a refund.


Restocking fee.
Please be aware that all returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee, which is calculated based on the original full gown price (excluding shipping and tax). This fee will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.


Return process.
To initiate a return for a refund, please notify us of your intention within 72 hours of receiving your Keo Bridal gown. Utilize our return request form to submit your request. Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with return authorization and detailed instructions. Please note that unauthorized returns will be shipped back to the customer.

Gowns must be returned or postmarked to Keo Bridal within 5 business days of return approval. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fees associated with their order. It's important to understand that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged return packages.


Refund process.
Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time your return reaches our studio for our team to inspect and process your return. Additionally, it may take your financial institution an additional 2-7 business days to complete the funds transfer back into your account. Rest assured, you will receive an email notification once the return has been processed. If your return is approved, the refund will be credited only to your original payment method. Please keep in mind the initial payment method used.

 
International brides.
Refunds are issued in U.S. dollars. Please note that we are not responsible for the current currency exchange rate. Additionally, any taxes, duties, or custom duty fees incurred are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.


Important notes.

  • Return request submitted after 72 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Sample gowns cannot be returned or exchanged.
