We structured this agreement to be transparent and informative, facilitating confident and informed decision-making on your part. By proceeding with your order, you confirm your understanding and agreement to these conditions.

1. Payments, Ordering, and Timeframes

  • This agreement becomes effective once I place an order, make a full payment, or provide a 50% non-refundable deposit, except in the event that Keo Bridal is unable to accept or fulfill my order.

  • Each Keo Bridal gown is made to order, requiring 4 - 6 months for production, starting from the date of full payment or 50% deposit confirmation by Keo Bridal.

  • The remaining 50% must be paid before my gown and/or accessories are shipped.

  • Failure to pay the remaining balance within 5 days of notification will be considered a cancellation of my order.

 

2. Cancellations

  • I have read Keo Bridal's cancellation policy.

  • Orders canceled within 48 hours of payment and/or deposit confirmation will be eligible for a full refund. After 48 hours, I cannot cancel for any reason.

 

3. Sizing, Customizations, and Alterations

  • Keo Bridal gowns are made to order. It is my responsibility to take accurate measurements and use the provided Sizing Chart to choose my size.

  • I have read and understood the sizing chart and sizing guide for taking measurements.

  • If I seek assistance from a seamstress or tailor, it is still my responsibility to follow the sizing chart and guide to order the correct size.

  • Satisfaction with the customizations I choose for my gown is my responsibility.

  • Alterations may be necessary for the perfect fit, and it is not the responsibility of Keo Bridal. I also acknowledge that I need to allocate sufficient time for alterations before my wedding date.


 

4. Fabric Imperfections

  • All Keo Bridal gowns are handmade from luxury fabrics.

  • Luxury fabrics may experience minor pulls, which will not be considered a fault by Keo Bridal.

  • Due to human involvement, slight variations and imperfections may occur from time to time in colors, shades, fabrics, and appliqué placement.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

  • I have read and understood the Keo Bridal returns policy.

  •  A 72-hour window from the delivery date is provided to initiate a return for a standard size wedding gown.

  • My custom size wedding gown cannot be returned as it was made specifically to my measurements.

  • A return request must be approved by Keo Bridal, and I will receive an email with return authorization and detailed instructions.

  • A 35% restocking fee will be deducted from my refund amount.

  • My gown must be returned or postmarked back to Keo Bridal within 5 days of return approval.

  • Unauthorized returns will be shipped back to me, and I am responsible for return shipping fees and any loss or damage to return packages.

  •  Keo Bridal may take up to two weeks to inspect my returned order.

 

 

6. Shipping

  • I have read and understand Keo Bridal's shipping policy.

  • I understand the general estimated shipping times.

  • If I am located outside the United States, I understand that I am responsible for customs taxes and import fees to my country.

  • It is my responsibility to input correct shipping details, and I will notify Keo Bridal of any address changes.

  • Keo Bridal is not responsible for incorrect shipping details.
