This form is for standard size gown returns to Keo Bridal only; custom size gowns are ineligible for return. Upon approval of your return request, you will receive an email with a return authorization and detailed instructions. Please do not send your gown back without this authorization, as unauthorized returns will be shipped back at the customer's expense. Gowns must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and sent to Keo Bridal within 5 business days of return approval, with the customer covering return shipping fees.
 
Once we receive your return, allow up to 2 weeks for inspection and processing, plus an additional 2-7 business days for your refund to be credited to the original payment method, as per your financial institution's policies. You will be notified via email once the return has been processed.
